Saleable condition items (excluding personalized, engraved, or special-order products) may be returned for exchange or refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days after purchase with Member Services approval prior to shipping back. Discontinued or closeout items cannot be exchanged or returned for credit. If the order was processed correctly, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the purchaser returning stock for credit. No orders will be accepted/processed without prior approval from Member Services.

Any shortages or defects should be communicated to MemberServices@NationalExchangeClub.org within 10 days of receipt of the order.

Prepay all return shipments; Collect on Delivery returns will not be accepted. No credit will be given if the product returned is not in the same condition it was in when originally sent to the purchaser.  If the original shipping carton is received in damaged condition keep the original carton and contact us or the shipper within 10 days.
